FAQ #1:

Q: Will you reduce your price?
A: If you have a business Proposal to make, mail it to me. My homestead is already at a low price. It has been slandered to be a t a high price. If you think it is too high, mail me your appraisal analysis. It should include the comparable that owners of small parcels have been offered triple the value of their properties. The Ganas property is a crossroads/linchpin tract; with views, seclusion, access road, green space, building sites, utilities, river frontage and more. It has everything under one roof, within the city limits of Lexington, Virginia.

FAQ #2:

Q: Your property should have been sold before the Great Recession. What Happened?
A: I was victimized by a pyramid carrot and stick con scheme, together with a slander conspiracy. The ruse of bogus sales commissions and slander were used to keep my property from selling. Slander was used to scare people away from me and my property, in favor of the bogus prospective buyer who deceitfully promised future commissions to gullible lower ranking con artists. Though, my five lawyers were competent, ethical, and loyal to me in my efforts to sell my land.

Q: What kind of person are you?
A: One third of prospective buyers have been con artists. I have a lot of patience, reserve, and self confidence. Though eventually, I will run a con artist off of my land.

A lot of people get it, that I'm being slandered because of R. E. Though, I'm being slandered for reasons that most people never thought of: In the "Isolate The Mark" con scheme, handlers slander me to their marks and scare them away from me because I have the ability to make marks wise.

One con artist arranged for me to be given a dinner invitation and then made a criminal proposal in an attempt to put me in jail, to get at my R E. Do not give me a social invitation. Put your proposals in writing. Do not refuse to provide me with documentation.

Don't try and fool me in a contract. Do not let me be the first person to read your contract. Clear it with your lawyer and my lawyer, days before I read it. Just because I put up with lies during a walking tour, doesn't mean I will tolerate dirty tricks in a contract. I have been involved in the drafting of business and R. E. contracts ever since I was a teen and young adult. There is a false rumor I didn't graduate from high school and college. I am also a graduate of a R. E. School. The biggest false rumor is that I grow pot. It is used to scare away R. E. buyers and to keep marks away from me. The latest false rumor is that I am suicidal. I am not suicidal. The unethical people who spread it, have selfish motives that are so bizarre, who would believe it?
