From: Property Owner RE: Ganas Homestead For Sale Date: 2018 Dear Prospective Buyer Greetings: I like to start a new business relationship with a letter of introduction followed by a phone call for an appointment. Business etiquette, business decision making, and certain aspects of real estate transactions are “two-way streets”. When I give someone my business card, I expect to receive a business card or calling card in return. If I give you a guided tour, I want to receive some information about you or your company, such as I.D., brochure or website and your attorney’s contact information. You will have to show me ID and provide me with documentation to support your claim that you are an able buyer during the second guided tour or second business meeting. You have my permission to go on a self-guided tour of the Ganas homestead during daylight hours. Mail me an estimated time of arrival notice. Leave a Magic Marker note on your vehicle’s dashboard. Park on the island or shoulder of my entrance area turn-around. Do not park on my driveway. Due to the rugged terrain, consider limiting your walking tour to driveway areas only. Please do not contact me at my residence without an appointment. If you have a business proposal to make, mail me a letter of introduction. You may clip a follow-up letter to my screen door. The only way I will reserve my property is with the payment of a non-refundable $5K 5-month deposit. Unless you pay a deposit, you do not have my permission to publicly communicate to others that you have an interest in my property. Please do not make direct contact with my attorney unless it is related to real estate. For matters unrelated to this sale, get your attorney to mail my attorney a letter. Sincerely, Dean Ganas |
